Abstract

This study aims at comparing the efect of adding 25 ug offentanyl to the combination of ropivacain 3,75 mg and clonidin 60 ug. Anumber of 36 parturiens suitable for inclusion criteria and withoutexclusion criteria were randomised into two groups. 18 parturiens weregiven ropivacaine 3,75 mg and clonidin 60 ug (control group) while 18other parturiens were given ropivacaine 3,75 mg, clonidin 60 ug andfentanyl 25 ug (experiment group). The hipotesis of giving the additionalof fentanyl 25 μg can support analgetic potency and duration from thecombination of ropivacain 3,75 mg and Clonidin 60 μg in the IntratechalLabour Analgesia (ILA ) single shot was positive.Keywords: ILA (Intratechal Labour Analgesia), ropivacain, fentanyl,clonidin, analgetic potency, duration.
