Abstract

This study aims at comparing the efect of adding 25 ug of
fentanyl to the combination of ropivacain 3,75 mg and clonidin 60 ug. A
number of 36 parturiens suitable for inclusion criteria and without
exclusion criteria were randomised into two groups. 18 parturiens were
given ropivacaine 3,75 mg and clonidin 60 ug (control group) while 18
other parturiens were given ropivacaine 3,75 mg, clonidin 60 ug and
fentanyl 25 ug (experiment group). The hipotesis of giving the additional
of fentanyl 25 μg can support analgetic potency and duration from the
combination of ropivacain 3,75 mg and Clonidin 60 μg in the Intratechal
Labour Analgesia (ILA ) single shot was positive.
