Abstract

This research aims at giving an overview on the patient safetybehavior application to prevent unwanted circumstances in Panti RapihHospital Yogyakarta. The approach used in this research was a crosssectionalapproach. The population was the employee of Panti RapihYogyakarta Hospital. The number of the respondents was 373respondents selected by using simple random sampling. The resultshowed that the highest positive response of the patient safety behaviorwas the development of organization learning aspect (81.67%).Meanwhile, the number of incident reports (21.09%) needed moreattention from the management. In conclusion, this research on patientsafety behavior was not optimally achieved.Keywords: adverse event, patient safety behavior, incident report.
