PENERAPAN BUDAYA KESELAMATAN PASIEN SEBAGAI UPAYA PENCEGAHAN KEJADIAN TIDAK DIINGINKAN (KTD)

Abstract
This research aims at giving an overview on the patient safety
behavior application to prevent unwanted circumstances in Panti Rapih
Hospital Yogyakarta. The approach used in this research was a crosssectional
approach. The population was the employee of Panti Rapih
Yogyakarta Hospital. The number of the respondents was 373
respondents selected by using simple random sampling. The result
showed that the highest positive response of the patient safety behavior
was the development of organization learning aspect (81.67%).
Meanwhile, the number of incident reports (21.09%) needed more
attention from the management. In conclusion, this research on patient
safety behavior was not optimally achieved.
