GAMBARAN PELAKSANAAN EVALUASI KINERJA KARYAWAN DI STIKES 'AISYIYAH YOGYAKARTA

Abstract
Abstract: This descriptive study aims to determine the employee's
performance evaluation in STIKES Aisyiyah Yogyakarta. This study
used cross sectional approach. Data were analyzed by frequency and
percentage distribution of each variable. Characteristics of the
respondents are mostly in the category of early adult aged 21-40 years
old by 23 respondents (76.7%), 16 female respondents (53.3%).
According to the duration of work, majority less than 5 years were 12
respondents (40%), which largely as a permanent employee 17
respondents (56.7%). On performance evaluation in STIKES 'Aisyiyah
Yogyakarta in 2013, most of the respondents, i.e, a total of 18 respondents
(60%), provide an assessment in the poor category.
