GAMBARAN PELAKSANAAN EVALUASI KINERJA KARYAWAN DI STIKES 'AISYIYAH YOGYAKARTA

Abstract

Abstract: This descriptive study aims to determine the employee'sperformance evaluation in STIKES Aisyiyah Yogyakarta. This studyused cross sectional approach. Data were analyzed by frequency andpercentage distribution of each variable. Characteristics of therespondents are mostly in the category of early adult aged 21-40 yearsold by 23 respondents (76.7%), 16 female respondents (53.3%).According to the duration of work, majority less than 5 years were 12respondents (40%), which largely as a permanent employee 17respondents (56.7%). On performance evaluation in STIKES 'AisyiyahYogyakarta in 2013, most of the respondents, i.e, a total of 18 respondents(60%), provide an assessment in the poor category.Keywords: employee performance evaluation, cross sectional
