PENGARUH STATUS KEPEGAWAIAN TERHADAP KINERJA PERAWAT DI RUANG RAWAT INAP

Abstract
This research aims at obtaining the differences between civil
servant and non-civil servant performance in Indramayu Regional
Hospital. This research is a comparative research study. The sampling
technique used in this research was total population sampling technique.
A number of 119 respondents were taken as the sample of this research.
The statistics showed that there were 63.03% civil servant nurses while
the others (36,97%) were not civil servants. The data on this research
were taken by using nurse self-assessment performance in giving their
service. The result of independent t-test showed value at 0.05. The
result of the statistics test showed p-value = 0.520 (α 0.05). In
conclusion, there was no meaningful different performance between civil
servant nurses and non-civil servant nurses in Indramayu Regional
Hospital in 2012.
