PENGARUH STATUS KEPEGAWAIAN TERHADAP KINERJA PERAWAT DI RUANG RAWAT INAP

This research aims at obtaining the differences between civilservant and non-civil servant performance in Indramayu RegionalHospital. This research is a comparative research study. The samplingtechnique used in this research was total population sampling technique.A number of 119 respondents were taken as the sample of this research.The statistics showed that there were 63.03% civil servant nurses whilethe others (36,97%) were not civil servants. The data on this researchwere taken by using nurse self-assessment performance in giving theirservice. The result of independent t-test showed value at 0.05. Theresult of the statistics test showed p-value = 0.520 (α 0.05). Inconclusion, there was no meaningful different performance between civilservant nurses and non-civil servant nurses in Indramayu RegionalHospital in 2012.Keywords: nurses performance, personnel status.Downloads
