HUBUNGAN ANTARA KUALITAS PELAYANAN KESEHATAN POSYANDU DENGAN FREKUENSI KUNJUNGAN IBU BALITA

Abstract

This study aims at determining the correlation between the
quality of Posyandu health care service and mothers visit at Posyandu
XI, Serangan, Sidoluhur, Godean, Sleman, Yogyakarta. This research
used the analytical correlation survey method with the cross-sectional
approach. The sampling technique used in this research was total
sampling technique. The respondents, therefore, were the total number
of mothers who regularly visits the Posyandu (44 mothers). The data
analyzed by Kendall-Tau. The result showed that the Ï„ value was 0.471
at the significant level of α = 0.05 resulted the value of Ï = 0.001, it
meant Ï< α. A number of 28 mothers (63.6%) were categorized into
high visit frequency, while 22 others (50.0%) were categorized as fairly
regular visit. The conclusion is there was a correlation between the
quality of Posyandu health care and the frequency of mothers visit at
Posyandu XI, Serangan, Sidoluhur, Godean, Sleman, Yogyakarta.
