HUBUNGAN ANTARA KUALITAS PELAYANAN KESEHATAN POSYANDU DENGAN FREKUENSI KUNJUNGAN IBU BALITA

Abstract

This study aims at determining the correlation between thequality of Posyandu health care service and mothers visit at PosyanduXI, Serangan, Sidoluhur, Godean, Sleman, Yogyakarta. This researchused the analytical correlation survey method with the cross-sectionalapproach. The sampling technique used in this research was totalsampling technique. The respondents, therefore, were the total numberof mothers who regularly visits the Posyandu (44 mothers). The dataanalyzed by Kendall-Tau. The result showed that the Ï„ value was 0.471at the significant level of α = 0.05 resulted the value of Ï = 0.001, itmeant Ï< α. A number of 28 mothers (63.6%) were categorized intohigh visit frequency, while 22 others (50.0%) were categorized as fairlyregular visit. The conclusion is there was a correlation between thequality of Posyandu health care and the frequency of mothers visit atPosyandu XI, Serangan, Sidoluhur, Godean, Sleman, Yogyakarta.Keywords: posyandu, the quality of the health care service, visitfrequency
