HUBUNGAN PERAN BIDAN DALAM PEMBERIAN TABLET FE DAN PENYULUHAN GIZI DENGAN KEJADIAN ANEMIA

Abstract

The purpose of this correlation study with cross-sectionaldesign is to determine the relation of the midwife’s role in administeringFe tablet and nutrition counseling with anemia incidence of pregnantmother in trimester III in public health center of Yogyakarta city. Fortyfive people from five public health centers in the Yogyakarta city wererecruited as sample using proportional sampling technique. Data analysisusing Chi Square Test revealed that there is relation between the midwife’srole in administering Fe tablet and anemia incidence (÷ = 9,132; p<0,05).Also, there is relationship between midwife’s role in nutrition counselingand the anemia incidence (÷ =9,601; p<0.05).Keywords: anemia incidence, administering Fe tablet, nutritionalcounseling
