Abstract

The purpose of this quantitative with cross sectionalapproach research was to examine relationship betweenworkplace supports with exclusive breastfeeding on motherwho worked at company in Bantul, Yogyakarta. The sampleare working mother who have children aged 5 month up to 2years. Data analysis using Chi-square test, OR calculationand logistic regression. The results showed that companydoesn’t provide particular time for employer to breastfeedor milking in workplace (OR=2,621), work time flexibilityand furlough affect the success of exclusive breastfeeding asmuch as two-fold, provision of room and tools affects threetimes better in supporting exclusive breastfeeding (CI 95%).Key words: workplace support, exclusive breastfeeding
