DUKUNGAN TEMPAT BEKERJA TERHADAP PERILAKU PEMBERIAN ASI EKSKLUSIF

Abstract
The purpose of this quantitative with cross sectional
approach research was to examine relationship between
workplace supports with exclusive breastfeeding on mother
who worked at company in Bantul, Yogyakarta. The sample
are working mother who have children aged 5 month up to 2
years. Data analysis using Chi-square test, OR calculation
and logistic regression. The results showed that company
doesn’t provide particular time for employer to breastfeed
or milking in workplace (OR=2,621), work time flexibility
and furlough affect the success of exclusive breastfeeding as
much as two-fold, provision of room and tools affects three
times better in supporting exclusive breastfeeding (CI 95%).
