Abstract

The purpose of this quasi-experiment research wasto determine the influence of spiritual fulfillment towards qualityof life of schizophrenic patients in inpatient unit on RSJ GrhasiaPemda DIY. Sample are 24 schizophrenic patients in Srikandiand Shinta ward. Data analysis using paired t-test andindependent t-test. Test result using paired t-test showed inexperimental group obtained p value=0,000 (p<0,05),independent t-test showed average difference in experiementgroup is 21 and difference in the average quality of life of thecontrol group is 2.4 with p value=0,00 (p<0,05). Can beconcluded that there is influence of spiritual fulfillment to thequality of life of patients with with schizophreniaKey words: quality of life, spiritual fulfillment, schizophreniapatient
