Abstract

The purpose of this correlation study is to determine the
relationship between sex education by parents and teenager premarital
sexual behavior. Data were collected in March 2011 using questionnaires.
Seventy three respondents were recruited as sample of the study using
simple random sampling. Data analysis using Kendall Tau correlation
test revealed that there is no relationship between the provision of sex
education by parents and adolescent premarital sexual behavior (ô -
0.115; p>0,05).
