ANALISIS MUTU PELAYANAN KEBIDANAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN PASIEN POST SECTIO CAESARIA

This study aimed to analyze the quality of obstetriccare to patient satisfaction post section caesaria in PKUMuhammadiyah Yogyakarta. This research is a combinationof quantitative and qualitative, with a single case studyapproach. Data collecting using questionnaires and interviewsof key respondents from patients, midwives and supervisors.Twenty-eight respondents were sampled representing eachclass of existing services. The results showed that the levelof post sectio caesaria patient satisfaction to qualitymidwifery services are included in the category of mediumand high, with a moderate level of satisfaction as much as23 respondents (82.2%) and a high level of satisfaction by5 respondents (17.8%).Key words: quality of service, the dimensions of satisfactionDownloads
