Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the quality of obstetric
care to patient satisfaction post section caesaria in PKU
Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. This research is a combination
of quantitative and qualitative, with a single case study
approach. Data collecting using questionnaires and interviews
of key respondents from patients, midwives and supervisors.
Twenty-eight respondents were sampled representing each
class of existing services. The results showed that the level
of post sectio caesaria patient satisfaction to quality
midwifery services are included in the category of medium
and high, with a moderate level of satisfaction as much as
23 respondents (82.2%) and a high level of satisfaction by
5 respondents (17.8%).
