Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain an overviewof the changes living experience of clients with chronic renalfailure, which undergoing hemodialysis. Design research usingqualitative approach descriptive phenomenology. Samples arenine participants were taken using purposive sampling.Methods of data collection using in-depth interview. Datawere analyzed using methods Collaizzi. The results of thisresearch illustrated four main themes (psychological change,physical change, activity change and spiritual change). Thesechanges happened from the first time they were diagnosed aschronic kidney diseases and during hemodialysis treatment.Key words: changing experience, chronic kidney disease,hemodialysis
