Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview
of the changes living experience of clients with chronic renal
failure, which undergoing hemodialysis. Design research using
qualitative approach descriptive phenomenology. Samples are
nine participants were taken using purposive sampling.
Methods of data collection using in-depth interview. Data
were analyzed using methods Collaizzi. The results of this
research illustrated four main themes (psychological change,
physical change, activity change and spiritual change). These
changes happened from the first time they were diagnosed as
chronic kidney diseases and during hemodialysis treatment.
