FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI MOTIVASI IBU BERSALIN DALAM PELAKSANAAN INISIASI MENYUSU DINI

Abstract

The aim of  this research to know the factors which influence the motivation of birth mother to suckle early initiation in Clinic of Adinda Karang Sari Medan in 2013. The research uses descriptive design with the cross section. The sample uses purposive sampling. Obtained the majority of the respondents was 20-35 years old (60,4%), education of SLTA (64,6 %), have two children (41,7 %), house wives (64,6%). Intrinsic motivation the respondents to suckle early initiation was large (54,2 %). Extrinsic motivation the respondents was a great number of (64,6 %).Keywords: Motivation, Mother of birth, Early suckle initiation
