Abstract

The purpose of this research is the relationship Breastfeeding participation in KP-ASI with the success of Exclusive Breastfeeding in Puskesmas kasihan II at Bantul. Research is an analytical survey, sampling techniques with consecutive sampling 58 subjects. Instruments using checklist and questionnaire. The results of chi-square test α 0.000 <0.05, so there is a significant relationship Breastfeeding mothers participation in the KP-ASI with the success of exclusive breastfeeding in the Puskesmas Kasihan II at Bantul. Advice to nursing mothers may be actively involved in the KP-ASI so that it can successfully provide exclusive breastfeeding.Keywords: KP-ASI, exclusive breastfeeding, Infants 6-9 months
