Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  • If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

Author Guidelines

Journal 'JUARA'

  1. Articles written in the JUARA include research results and literature review of all scientific fields in health topics. The manuscript is typed with the program Microsoft Word, Times New Roman, font size 12 pts, with single spacing, typed on A4 paper with a length of 10-20 manuscript page.
  2. Articles are written in the language or languages of Indonesia United Kingdom. Systematics of the article include the title, author's name, accompanied by abstract keywords, introduction, research methods, results and discussion, conclusions and suggestions for further research, as well as a bibliography.
  3. The article title in the language of Indonesia should not be more than 14 words, whereas the title in the language of the United Kingdom should not be more than 12 words. The title is printed with capital letters in the Middle, with a font size of 14 points.
  4. The name of the author of the article is listed with no academic degree, accompanied the institution of origin, and placed under the article title. In a manuscript written by a team of editors then only relate to the principal author or authors whose names are listed in order of first. Lead author should include e-mail correspondence or address.
  5. Abstract and keywords are written in the language of United Kingdom in Indonesia language articles and vice versa. The length of each abstract 75-100 said, while the number of keywords 3-5 said. The abstract contains the background, objectives, methods, results, and conclusion in one paragraph.
  6. The introduction contains background, the purpose of the research and literature review. All parts of the introduction was presented in the form of integrated paragraphs-paragraphs, with a length of 15-20% of the total length of the article.
  7. Section contains research design research methods, data sources, data collection, and analysis that has been done, with a length of 10-15% of the total length of the article.
  8. The results of the study contains the results of exposure analysis related to the research question. Long exposure results and discussion of 40-60% of the length of the article.
  9. Section contains a summary of research findings in the form of answers to the research or in the form of digest the results of the discussion. Conclusions and suggestions presented in the form of a narrative.
  10. The bibliography contains only the sources referenced, and all the sources referenced must be listed in the bibliography.
  11. Referrals and referral techniques using excerpts berkurung (last name, year, page). The inclusion of a direct quote sources should be accompanied by a description of the page number where the quote. Example: (Davis, 2003:47).
  12. Bibliography compiled by Ordinances such as the following examples and sorted alphabetically and chronologically.
