Abstract

This research paper explores the relationship between city bikes and urban identity, particularly how bike-sharing programs can aid in urban rebranding efforts. Urban branding, essential for attracting investment and tourism, is bolstered by sustainable city bikes as they enhance a city's image. The paper investigates how city bike initiatives influence urban identity, public perception, and overall brand image, along with their role in fostering community and reshaping urban landscapes. In doing so, this study sheds light on the transformative power of city bikes in the context of urban branding strategies.
