Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  • If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

Author Guidelines

You can use this list to carry out a final check of your submission before you send it to the journal for review. Please check the relevant section in this Guide for Authors for more details.

Ensure that the following items are present:

One author has been designated as the corresponding author with contact details:

  • E-mail address
  • Full postal address

All necessary files have been uploaded:

  • Include keywords
  • All figures (include relevant captions)
  • All tables (including titles, description, footnotes)
  • Ensure all figure and table citations in the text match the files provided
  • Indicate clearly if color should be used for any figures in print

(3). Supplemental files (where applicable)

Further considerations

  • Manuscript has been 'spell checked' and 'grammar checked'
  • All references mentioned in the Reference List are cited in the text, and vice versa
  • Permission has been obtained for use of copyrighted material from other sources (including the Internet)
  • A competing interests statement is provided, even if the authors have no competing interests
  • Journal policies detailed in this guide have been reviewed

Article structure

  1. The maximum length of the submitted paper is 8 pages (exclude references).
  2. The title has 15 words in maximum and it uses Times New Roman bold font 14
  3. Author's name uses Times New Roman font 12
  4. Affiliations: Include the department, affiliation, city and country of each author in Times New Roman 9pt.
  5. Authors email have to be appeared clearly
  6. Abstract includes 250 words in maximum
  7. Keywords have to be 3 up to 5 words
  8. Introduction
    Introduction includes background of problem, urgency, citation, aim and purpose of the study. It uses Times New Roman 11pt., without footnote, spasi 1.15.
  9. Method
    Describing research design and approaches as well as methods has been used for study e.g population, sample and sample technique, participant recruitment, data collection, and data analysis. It uses Times New Roman 11pt., without footnote, spasi 1.15.
  10. Result or findings
    Describing result or research findings. It uses Times New Roman 12pt., without footnote, spasi 1.15.
  11. Discussion
    Discussing findings or result. It uses Times New Roman 11pt., without footnote, spasi 1.15.
  12. Recommendation and conclusion
    It includes recommendations and conclusions of the research as well as highlighting aspects that form the research completed. It uses imes New Roman 11pt., without footnote, spasi 1.15.
  13. Reference
    Based on APA Style reference system and you are encourage to use reference machines such as Mendeley, EndNote or Zotero
  14. You are encouraged to use references within the current 10 years and at least 3 references in the current 3 years.
