PERSEPSI MAHASISWA TERHADAP TINGKAT PERILAKU SEKS PRANIKAH MAHASISWA KEBIDANAN

Abstract: The purpose of this descriptive study was to determine thelevel of premarital sexual behavior of students of School of Midwiferyof 'Aisyiyah Health Sciences College of Yogyakarta. Data were collectedusing a questionnaire. A hundred and sixty students were recruited usingproportional random sampling. Data collection was conducted fromMarch to September 2013. The results showed that most respondentsdid not commit premarital sex (56.2%), and there was an effect ofperception on the level of premarital sexual behavior in the students of'Aisyiyah Health Sciences College of Yogyakarta (p value = 0.039). It isrecommended for 'Aisyiyah Health Sciences College of Yogyakarta toimprove learning material about reproduction health and sexuality inparticular about the pregnancy, the risk of pregnancy and sexuallytransmitted diseases through extracurricular activities of Students Union.Keywords: students perception about premarital sexual behaviorDownloads
