PERUBAHAN FISIK WANITA HUBUNGANNYA DENGAN KECEMASAN DALAM MENGHADAPI MENOPAUSE

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find correlationbetween physical changes with anxiey in women whoencounter menopause in Srimulyo village, Banguntapan,Bantul. This research is a non-experimental with cross sectionalapproach. Sample in this research is 115 women aged 40-55years old. Data analysis using Kendall Tau, obtained coefficientvalue 0,357 and significance 0,026. It can be indicate thatthere is a correlation between physical changes with anxietyin women who encounter menopause. Respondent are suggestedto enhance the understanding of menopause.Key words: physical changes, women’s anxiety, menopause
