PENGARUH INISIASI MENYUSU DINI TERHADAP PROSES INVOLUSIO UTERUS PADA IBU POST PARTUM

Abstract

This experimental quantitative research with Pre Post Test
Only Design aims to determine the effect of early initiation of the process
involution post partum uterine maternal at PKU Muhammadiyah
Yogyakarta Hospital. The sample of 60 respondents, divided into
intervention group (30 respondents) and the non-intervention group
(30 respondents). Analysis of data using Mann-Whitney test was
obtained p> 0.05 (p = 1.000), meaning that there is no influence on the
process of early breastfeeding initiation involution post partum uterine
of the mother. The results showed that the group who performed early
breastfeeding initiation, good uterine involution process as many as 28
people (93.3%) and that is not good as much as 2 people (6.7%). In
the group that did not do early breastfeeding initiation, good uterine
involution process as many as 25 people (83.3%) and that is not good
as much as 5 people (16.7%).
