Manajemen fisioterapi stiff knee ec post arthrotomy dan debridement gonitis dextra: a case report

Tuberkulosis dapat menyerang bagian tubuh manapun, salah satunya yaitu tuberculosis bone atau infeksi bakteri tuberkulosis yang menyerang bagian tulang dan sendi terutama pada sendi lutut yang biasa di sebut gonitis. penyebaran dapat terjadi dengan 2 cara yaitu dengan penyebaran hematogen (melalui dalam darah) dapat melalui sinovial atau subkondral (femur distal, tibia proksimal, atau patella), bisa juga dengan penyebaran secara tidak langsung yang disebabkan karena rusaknya area tulang bagian epifisis (pada orang dewasa) atau metafisis (pada anak-anak) yang menyebabkan erosi pada ruang sendi dan menjadi radang sendi. Studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk melaporkan kasus klinis tuberkulosis lutut (gonitis) untuk mendukung penegakkan diagnosis tuberkulosis sendi secara tepat. Metode studi kasus ini berupa analitik eksperimental. Sampel penelitian dengan seorang penderita Gonitis dengan Stiff Knee di Unit Rehabilitasi Medik Rumah Sakit Prof.Dr. Soeharso Surakarta. Pengukuran menggunakan metline sebagai alat ukur antropometri, Goniometer sebagai alat ukur lingkup gerak sendi dan KOS-ADL sebagai alat ukur kemampuan fungsional pasien. Program fisioterapi dilakukan dengan TENS, Cryotherapy dan Terapi Latihan berupa Strengthening. Hasil program menunjukkan modalitas fisioterapi yang diberikan terprogram efektif memperbaiki kelemahan otot, inflamasi dan nyeri pada pasien serta dapat mengurangi gangguan fungsional pasien.References
