Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan komorbiditas dan faktor demografi dengan kualitas hidup. Penelitian menggunakan deskriptif korelasi, pendekatan cross sectional, teknik total sampling (64 responden), dan menggunakan kuesioner WHOQoL SF36 serta lembar angket. Analisis bivariat spearman dan chi square dengan hasil terdapat hubungan komorbiditas (p=0,000, OR=13,194), jenis kelamin (p=0,033, OR=3,352), tidak terdapat hubungan usia (p=0,692), status pernikahan (p=0,602), OR=1,500), pendidikan (p=0,885), pekerjaan (p=0,078), dan lama terapi (p=0,392, OR=1,588) dengan kualitas hidup. Analisis multivariat regresi logistik ordinal dengan hasil komorbiditas merupakan variabel paling berhubungan (p=0.001, wald 10.868). Saran penelitian yaitu mengedukasi untuk menjaga kesehatan fisik dan psikologi agar terhindar dari kualitas hidup buruk.Â
