Model pendidikan kesehatan KB pria untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap dan partisipasi pria ber KB di era COVID-19

Abstract

Salah satu tantangan dalam meningkatkan keberhasilan layanan KB di Indonesia yakni adanya stigma dimasyarakat bahwa layanan KB hanya bagi perempuan saja, menyebabkan rendahnya angka layanan akseptor KB terutama KB pria. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pendidikan kesehatan tentang KB pria terhadap partispasi pria ber-KB di era pandemi COVID-19. Desain penelitian adalah quasi expreiment with pre-post test group design. Metode pengambilan sampeldengan purposive samplingdidapatkan sebanyak 61 orang pria sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan skor pengetahuan sebelum dan setelah intervensi dari 110 menjadi 390, dan peningkatan skor sikap dari 50 menjadi 57. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan signifikan partispasi pria dalam ber-KB sebelum dan sesudah diberikan intervensi dengan p-value=0,001.
