Abstract

The problem of family resilience in the special region of Yogyakarta has become apublic concern (PERDA DIY NO.7 of 2018). The large number of divorce cases isproof of how vulnerable families are. In 2023, there will be 5001 divorce casesrecorded in Sleman, although this figure has decreased from the previous yearwhich was 5942, the government states that this is still relatively high. However, not all families whose resilience is vulnerable will end in divorce. Some of themwill survive, but it will have an impact on the mental and moral degradation oftheir family members. This is reflected in many phenomena such as klitih, youngmarriage, theft, bullying, suicide, lack of self-confidence, promiscuity, etc.Families whose resilience is vulnerable will have a negative impact on futuregenerations. A strong family will produce a strong generation. Therefore, a placeis needed to support family resilience. The design of the KRASAN FAMILYCARE CENTER is an effort to support family resilience through a family therapyclinic that offers counseling and therapy for families and the residence as amediation forum for families who are not doing well.
