Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini mengidentifikasi kebutuhan gendongan perawatan metode kanguru yang nyaman, aman serta ergonomis bagi bayi BBLR. Jenis penelitian ini kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Partisipan penelitian terdiri dari 6 bayi BBLR dan ibunya serta 6 orang perawat/bidan kamar bayi. Partisipan dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam, Observasi dan FGD. Model gendongan kanguru yang digunakan adalah Model woven wrap, Model jarik menggunakan sling, Model gendongan PMK Standar. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Software OpenCode 4.02. Peneliti mengidentifikasi kebutuhan gendongan PMK adalah gendongan yang dapat dipakai sendiri oleh ibu, terbuat dari bahan yang halus dan nyaman. Model gendongan PMK standar dibutuhkan oleh ibu, namun desainnya perlu disesuaikan agar dapat menopang frog position bayi dan ibu dapat memasangnya sendiri.
