Abstract

ASI merupakan makanan ideal untuk bayi baru lahir dan bayi. ASI aman dan mengandung antibodi yang membantu melindungi bayi dan berbagai macam penyakit. Pekan ASI sedunia bertujuan untuk memahami pentingnya bekerja sama dalam rangka mendukung pemberian ASI. Dukungan pemberian ASI dapat dilihat dari teman sebaya dan berbagi pengalaman tentang kesehatan bayi. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis efektifitas group reminder breastfeeding sebagai inovasi peningkatan frekuensi pemberian ASI di posyandu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasy experiment dengan rancangan pre test post test non equivalent control group pengumpulan data dilakukan pada 15 februari 2019 - 03 mei 2019 di posyandu wilayah puskesmas umbulharjo I. Teknik pengampilan sampel dengan simple random sampling. Sampel yang digunakan ibu yang mempunyai Bayi, dilakukan pada bulan Februari-April 2019. Instrument yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan mann – whitney, Wilcoxon dan regresi linier. Hasil penelitian menunjukan efektifitas group reminder breastfeeding sebagai inovasi frekuensi ASI dengan uji Wilcoxon p value 0,000 (p<0,05), pada peningkatan berat badan p value 0,047 (p<0,05) dan pada status kesehatan p value 0,033 (p<0,05). Keefektifan Group reminder breastfeeding menunjukan bahwa 0,71 dengan kategori kuat, untuk regresi linier R² 0,436 ada pengaruh pada frekuensi ASI, berat badan dan status kesehatan. Group reminder breastfeeding dapat dijadikan ibu untuk berbagi pengalaman tentang ASI dan bayi.
