Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui signifikansi linieritas regresi dukungan sosial rekan kerja dan locus of control internal terhadap stres kerja perawat. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan jumlah sampel 125 orang perawat. Uji analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan nilai F sebesar 40,147 dengan nilai p 0,000 (p<0,01). Sumbangan efektif dukungan sosial rekan kerja dan locus of control internal terhadap stres kerja, sebesar 39,7%, sumbangan variabel lain yang tidak diteliti sebesar 60,3%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa secara simultan ada pengaruh dukungan sosial rekan kerja dan locus of control internal terhadap stres kerja perawat.
